Andhra Bank Clerk Recruitment 2012 : 850 Clerk Vacancies

Andhra Bank, one of the leading Public Sector banks in India with National and International Presence had announced its Recruitment in Clerical cadre. It is worth mentioning here that Andhra Bank is one of the Participating Banks in the IBPS Clerk CWE, so those applicants who wish to apply for Andhra Bank Clerk Recruitment 2012 must have appeared and passed the IBPS Clerk CWE that was held in Nov-Dec, 2011
It is important to note that Andhra Bank had earlier invited application in Clerical cadre in April 2011 for 600 vacancies. So those Candidates who have applied for clerk vacancy in Andhra Bank in April and have not been called for the Interview, need not Pay the application fee again. Only Fresh candidates are required to apply Online and Pay the application fees
Applicants who full fill the below mentioned Eligibility Criteria and have been issued valid scorecards by IBPS Mumbai are required to apply Online for Andhra Bank Clerk Recruitment before 10-11-2012.

As per the Andhra Bank Clerk Recruitment Notification, there are Backlog as well as Fresh vacancies. Here are the number of Clerk vacancies in Andhra bank
Fresh Vacancies: 662
Backlog Vacancies: 188
Total Number of Vacancies: 850
Among the Total vacancies, the Bulk of vacancies is for Andhra Pradesh. It's Common Sense, because most of the Andhra Bank Branches are in Andhra Pradesh. So applicants from other states will have only Job in small numbers.
Who can apply for Clerk vacancy in Andhra Bank ?
Applicants who are willing to Join Andhra Bank as a Clerk are required to full fill the below mentioned eligibility criteria
Age Limit : Applicants must be in between 18 to 28 years.
Educational Qualification: Degree in any Subject OR Min 60 % (First Class) marks in 10 +2 (12th Class) Examination.
Essential Requirement: Apart from above mentioned criteria, applicants need to full
fill the below mentioned requirements
Applicants must have proficiency in Local Language and Computers
Applicants must have appeared in the IBPS Clerk CWE held in Nov-Dec 2011
Applicants must have been issued valid scorecards by IBPS.

How To Apply ?
Application fee : An application fee of Rs 150 (For Gen/OBC) and Rs 50 (For Others) will have to be paid through a Challan form.
Applicants who have applied for previous Andhra Bank Advt In April 2012, need not pay the Application fees again.
Online Applications: Applicants need to apply Online @ www.andhrabank.in by Submitting the Online Application form. After the Online Registration is over, applicants must take Print out of the Application form and preserve it for future usage
